Slogans are "wisdom in short-hand" for the 12 Step programs. But what do they mean? Let's blog on that.
I am an author of self-help books and specialize with teenagers in recovery from addiction. I blog about my work, my life, and always want to be on the look out for self-help material. I have a blog from the dark side--"You are a target" inspired by my abusive ex--and now I've begun a blog on 12 Step slogans because of my latest book, Walk Softly and Carry a Big Book.
